Their previous security setup was outdated, with limited visibility into threats, no unified endpoint control, and frequent phishing attempts slipping through email filters. They needed a comprehensive security solution that was easy to manage and could protect both the network and employee devices.
The PDQ Solution
PDQ deployed a WatchGuard Total Security Suite along with WatchGuard Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) across the entire organisation.
For the Firewall Security, we deployed a WatchGuard Firebox at the head office, enabled advanced threat detection, intrusion prevention, web content filtering, and application control. Then set up VPN access for remote staff with multi-factor authentication
For the Endpoint Protection, we Installed WatchGuard EPP & EDR on all laptops and desktop computers. Providing real-time protection from malware, ransomware, and zero-day threats. With centralised monitoring and management through WatchGuard Cloud
The Result
The results have been very obvious, zero security breaches since deployment with Improved visibility into all devices and network activity
There are now faster threat response thanks to real-time alerts and cloud-based management. Ensuring remote workers are fully protected, with secure access to internal systems and peace of mind knowing their systems and client data are secure and compliant
