Account Manager / Customer Development
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager, who has an interest in the tech industry. To apply, you must be currently in or have previously held senior roles within the IT sales industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Listen to and understand the needs of our customers
- Present our services in a structured and professional way face-to-face.
- Be able to create detailed technical proposals, often as part of a formal bidding process
- Be able to present an ongoing IT strategy in line with business plans and budgets, including industry best practices
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of HP and leading manufacturers equipment
- Knowledge of all cyber-IT standards and products
- It is also essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service
- Ability to build good business-working relationships
- Highly motivated, pragmatic, and practical with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail with good problem resolution
- A clear understanding of business processes
Future Prospects
The role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress to sales specialist within one of our four core company disciplines.
Salary, Hours and Benefits
- Salary depending on experience and qualifications. Salary Range £25,000.00 -£35,000.00 plus commission. \
- Working hours 9 am -5:30 pm Monday – Friday
- 25 days a year holiday, plus bank holidays

3rd Line Support Analyst - Essex/London
You will be required to work from our Billericay Head Office and support our customers and internal help desk team. You must currently be in or have previously held senior support roles in the IT industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve both computer software and hardware faults
- Respond to our clients IT support requests
- Handle escalated calls from first/second line system engineers.
- Responsible for logging, troubleshooting and resolving new problems and requests.
- Proactive/routine monitoring of backups, systems, and testing recovery procedures.
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers regarding troubleshooting and arranging for hardware repairs.
- Ensuring that all IT assets are properly controlled, and all software is licensed correctly.
- Documenting changes and solutions, understanding change control procedures
- Support new members of staff – provisioning accounts and equipment, and performing inductions
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Provide project support to the network administrators and the internal team
- Work closely with all the support team
- Administer and maintain customer infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, LAN, Internet access, firewalls, and Exchange/Office 365
- Install and configure cyber software and hardware, including Watchguard, Sophos and Cisco
- Provisioning of new hardware including project-based work.
- Assist with on call “out of hours rota” for 24/7 support contracts
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- HP / Dell and leading manufacture hardware support essential
- Current qualifications, such as CCNP, VCP
- Current Microsoft accreditations is a MUST
- Current Firewall qualifications, such as Watchguard, Sophos, Cisco
- Experience in MS servers, Active Directory, IP networking, Windows 10, firewall configuration, VLAN configuration, VoIP
- It is also essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.
- Ability to build good business working relationships.
- Highly motivated, pragmatic, and practical with a strong work ethic
- Attention for detail with good problem resolution skills.
Desired Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English Language grade A*-C or equivalent/Degree Educated.
Future Prospects
- The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress to a Technical Services Manager
Salary, Hours and Benefits
- Salary range depending on experience and qualifications £45,000.00-£50,000.00.
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible Working Hours (Based on 8am – 4.30pm, 8.30am to 5pm, 9 am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm (to be discussed and agreed)
- Working out of hours working on project work as required by the business.
- 20 days Annual Leave, plus public and Bank Holidays.

Resources - Sales Support – Essex/London
To assist the internal Sales team by providing additional support both to our customers and internal staff. You must currently be in or have previously held roles in the IT Sales industry
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the internal team.
- Research and provide project proposals to our customers on behalf of the account manager.
- Acknowledge customers by working with them.
- Check daily marketing processes and report these daily
- Update all contact information for clients.
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the directors.
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Regularly follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our services.
- Arrange appointments with clients for their ongoing strategy and development.

Digital Telemarketer Executive Based in our Billericay Head Office

PDQ provide IT solutions and Cyber security to a wide range of customers throughout the UK.
Our basic salary is competitive and is enhanced by an extremely attractive, achievable commission structure.
This role involves outbound telephone sales and digital lead generation to UK based Business customers to not only develop and maintain existing client relationships, but also to open doors for new business development.
You will be required to fact find and build a good rapport with business customers over the phone, All data will be supplied, and full training given.
What you will need and the type of person we are looking for:
- Experience working in a sales/telesales environment preferable, but training will also be given.
- Excellent communication skills and bubbly personality.
- To be comfortable speaking on the phone for outbound sales and lead generation.
- A desire to work hard, and meet monthly targets
- Strong ability to overcome objections and remain positive throughout.
- Ability to talk confidently to customers and answer questions and queries.
- Strong customer focus to ensure you meet customers’ requirements and to maintain company standards of excellent service at all times.
