Managed service provider PDQ helped a London-based estate agent recover quickly when their database tracking hundreds of rental properties got corrupted during a supplier-side software update.
Employees weren’t able to access the property data at all and it took the supplier over four weeks to fix the software issue. Luckily for the estate agent, they had Datto SIRIS installed.
PDQ saved the day by restoring a previous version of the database from the SIRIS appliance – a process that took just five minutes, one phone call and the click of a button.
