The Retained Service Agreement is a pre-paid flexible resource normally supplementing the SME or Corporate Support solutions for less critical equipment and occasional assistance. The customer makes an agreed initial payment which reflects their predicted expenditure. The payment is held on account by PDQ and can be used for any assistance required by the customer. The customer can log calls on faulty equipment, have PDQ Engineers install new systems and software, in fact any IT related service the customer requires can be provided under this type of agreement.

Retained Service Clients enjoy a 20% - 30% discount on our normal rates and decide on the response required when logging the call. Regular statements are issued and can be viewed through the Client Web Portal.

At PDQ Computers we bill to the penny so customers pay the exact price for parts and services providing a significant advantage over “Token” and “Points” solutions available on the market. Any unused funds at the Agreement renewal date are carried forward to the following year. If for any reason the customer chooses not to renew the Agreement any remaining funds can be transferred in full to any of PDQ’s other service solutions, alternatively PDQ offer a refund facility should no further service be required.
