What We Did
We spoke to the client to understand their problems and how they might have occurred. We planned a course of action convenient to the client and gave frequent progress updates as we worked.
How We Did It
We deployed our Managed Service agents across their network in order to run detailed reports before spending additional time onsite to fully understand the customers’ needs and future requirements.
Once we had the relevant information we prepared a detailed recommendation to help them utilise their existing IT investment, complemented with additional upgrades and implemented these changes.
