The history of PDQ Computers

PDQ Computers Limited was founded in 1995 by IT professionals as an independent IT solution and service provider. We are a service driven company managed by technically excellent staff dedicated to providing the best IT support to our customers.

There is no substitute for experience, and PDQ have a wealth of it. Our Directors and Technical Managers have been involved in the service divisions of some of the most established companies in the UK. We have experience and expertise gained from Manufacturers and independent specialists over the last 30 years and offer our customers the benefit of our accumulated knowledge.

Our consultative approach enables us to understand the differing requirements of our customers, offering flexibility and advice to deliver seamless solutions. We dedicate staff to specific customers and have built a solid customer base who appreciate the benefits this ever rarer approach offers. By understanding and working with our clients to deliver exactly what they need, PDQ continue to provide truly cost effective solutions.

We are passionate about the service we supply and are at the forefront of both technical innovation and service delivery. During 2002 we became the first computer maintenance provider in the UK to achieve ISO accreditation. We are authorised dealers and support vendors for the leading manufacturers and distributors of hardware and software, and actively work with our customers to deliver best value.
