IT Sales Consultant

PDQ Computers provide high-level services and support to leading multinational organisations.  We are currently looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic sale professional to join our friendly hardworking team.

New sales leads primarily will be generated and qualified by our Business Development Team; in addition to this business generation can also be achieved from our existing client database.

Job Description

  • Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Present and sell relevant IT solutions, services and associated products
  • Travel to customer locations to promote our services
  • Help identify potential new prospects
  • Contribute to a team environment, sharing ideas for new business opportunities
  • Manage own workload and have good time management skills
  • Provide accurate information, reports and feedback to management staff
  • Complete necessary internal administration including emails, proposals and customer documentation
  • Keep up to date with new supplier products and releases
  • Work towards realistic but challenging individual sales targets
  • Attend monthly internal sales meetings

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experiences in Sales, with a proven track record
  • Good communication skills
  • A keen interest in IT with some technical knowledge
  • Experience using databases and Microsoft products
  • A full clean UK driving licence
